Function to take a set of raw files and produce per-species RDS
Usage
process_file_set(collapse_list_item, banding_raw_path, banding_rds_path)
Arguments
- collapse_list_item
A vector containing CSV file numbers to process together
- banding_raw_path
Custom path with raw banding CSV files
- banding_rds_path
Custom path to output RDS banding files
Value
Side effect is writing .rds file or files
